Lofts, Latte, and Lite Rail

 Over the past several years, the cultural neighborhood of East Austin has experienced not only revitalization but gentrification as well. The new mid-rise, contemporary condo projects on the east side rise in stark contrast to the 1940’s era bungalows of the neighborhood. Rapid appreciation and affordability make this one of the hottest areas of Austin real estate.

 The predominant demographic flocking to the neighborhood are twenty-thirty something, middle-class professionals seeking the downtown Austin lifestyle at a fraction of the price.
