WXZ Development should be one of the first in a handful of eager developers to help jump start the Greater Circle Living initiative with it’s unveiling of Circle 118 on Euclid Avenue and E. 118th. Although they don’t expect to have anything up until summer of 2009, they are starting construction now for 17 luxurious and totally GREEN town homes I have been getting tons of calls and emails lately with people asking me what the living options are if they want to live in the Greater University Circle area. In addition to the 15yr 100% tax abatement and below market financing that is already offered to most new construction developers in Cleveland, through Greater Circle Living’s initiative you can expect even more incentives to buy at Circle 118. You will now receive up to $15,000 in forgivable down payment or closing cost assistance if you work in the area. You must own and occupy the property for at least five years for this loan to be forgiven.
