The living room walks out to a patio and you have clubhouse access to the pool and fitness room.No pets, no smoking, no drugs. We are looking for mature professionals who will not party and be respectful to our neighbors and treat the space as if it were your home. We request no shoes inside the unit.We require a copy of the driver's license of all occupants, proof of contract, a signed lease agreement and a $600 deposit to hold the reservation. A one time cleaning fee is due together with the first month's rent.
