The Sunset

Built in the mid 1970's, The Sunset was renovated and converted to condos in the 2000's. Overlooking Sunset Lake, the building features 24 studio, one- and two-bedroom condos ranging from approximately 800-900 square feet. The Sunset is situated less than a mile from the Allenhurst and Asbury Park train stations and about two blocks from the Asbury Park beachfront. There is restricted access to the building, and assigned heated parking and water are included in the association fee.
