Hastings Seed Lofts

This 43,500 square foot former seed warehouse was built in 1913 using poured concrete. The building had been vacant for 12 years prior to Seed Partners purchase and rehabilitation of the building into 18 loft apartments and gallery space in 1993. This 18 unit property is listed on The National Register of Historic Places. This project won an Award for Adaptive Use from the City Of Atlanta Urban Design Commission, as well as an Outstanding Rehabilitation Award from The Georgia Trust for Historic Preservation. The units boast huge metal casement windows, 12 foot ceilings, large baths, professional kitchens and private balconies. 

There’s also a large common area roof deck with spectacular views (from CNN Center through Midtown/Buckhead through Kennesaw Mountain -- you can see every building in Atlanta).
