3rd and Cherry

BOSA Development, the developer behind the wildly-successful INSIGNIA in Downtown Seattle, as well as the ultra-luxury ONE88 in Downtown Bellevue, recently released new information about a third project planned for the former “Civic Square” site located at 3rd Avenue and Cherry Street. The 61-story tower will include approximately 520 condos and will feature a 2-level public plaza, shopping, restaurants, and a variety of first-class amenities. The preliminary design drawings feature a sexy curved facade with foliage and other sustainable elements unlike Seattle has ever seen. Construction is expected to start in 2018.
