Circle 118 Townhomes

WXZ Development was the first of a handful of eager developers to help jump start the Greater Circle Living initiative with it’s unveiling of Circle 118 on Euclid Avenue and E. 118th. I have been getting tons of calls and emails lately with people asking me what the living options are if they want to live in the Greater University Circle area. There are choices but they are limited and this project is a sign that this residential movement in the neighborhood is catching on.
