Preston Tower

Built in 1966, Preston Tower is one of the original high-rise condo towers in Dallas. There are actually two towers, the front 29-story high-rise and a back tower with less than 10 stories. You can access both towers from the main lobby without having to go outside. Oddly enough, Preston Tower was way out in the suburbs when it was built. Now it's conveniently located just north of University Park, between NorthPark Center and the Tollway. Bring your creativity - many of the units could use updating.
