Blake 27 Urban Brownstones

Blake 27 Urban Brownstones, located at Blake St. and 27th St., is one of the few original construction developments in RiNo at this time. Originally developed in with multiple phases in mind in 2006 and a community pool planned, the change in the housing market dropped, sales stopped and all construction was haulted. After going through a receivership, the community changed from mostly rentals to owners, the additional land was sold and the community is focusing on enhancing the community's outer beauty. Personal means may be on the personal rooftop deck. Units have personal garages.
