RiverClay is the Rocky Mountain Region's first LEED certified condominium building developed by Zocalo Development. Each of the 60 units have sustainable hardwood flooring, granite and steel kitchens and were built with spacious open floor plans. Being a LEED Certified building requires the building meet stringent rules and requirements for sustainability, energy conservation and performance as well as and indoor air quality. This building is close to mass transit, has outstanding views of downtown from the east and Jefferson Park from the West, and offers commercial spaces on the lower level. All six levels of RiverClay are non-smoking and has since become an example to other Denver Condos since building this regulation into the original governing documents. Amenities include secured entry, private balconies, reserved garage parking, front entry call box for guest entry, reserved storage spaces, fitness room, bicycle maintenance facility and bicycle parking.
