St. Maarten is a resort-style condo building overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The 13 story building is part of the Silver Shells Resort and features 110 condo residences and 8 penthouses. Residences come in a variety of 2, 3, and 4 bedroom floor plans and range from over 1,500 to almost 3,000 square feet.
