Mosaic

The Mosaic overlooks the largest Medical Center in the world and opened to much fanfare in 2008.  They were probably ahead of their time, but their time seems to be right now.  Mosaic is comprised of two 30-story towers, one of which is made up of condominiums for sale and the other is rental apartments.  The city is currently exploring tax incentives to bring a much-needed anchor grocery store into the area.   The front door of the building is directly across the street from Hermann Park Golf course, which leads you to extensive walking and bike trails connecting the best sites in Houston: Museums, The Houston Zoo, rose gardens and Miller Outdoor Theatre and more.
