The Garment Lofts offer historic downtown living in Lost Angeles. The residences themselves feature ceilings that soar anywhere between nine and 21 feet into the air, oversized windows that offers sweeping city views, in-unit washers and dryers, high-speed internet availability, central heating and air, stainless steel appliances, glazed concrete floors, and designer tile, countertops, and fixtures.

Then, there are a number of additional perks that are offered to Garment Lofts residents. Community amenities include a rooftop spa and lounge, a fitness center, controlled access, elegant elevators, 24-hour emergency maintenance, and on-site maintenance. Both dogs and cats are allowed with a $250 pet deposit and $25 monthly pet rent alongside some breed restrictions for dogs.
