Great Republic Lofts

The Great Republic Lofts’ building offers a blend of historic LA charm and modern, contemporary living thanks to finishes like hardwood floors and natural brick walls across its studio and one-bedroom apartments.

The apartments also offer glass tile kitchen walls, Bosch appliances, lacquered kitchen cabinets, dedicated air conditioning, soaking tubs, quartz countertops, and in-unit washer and dryer hook ups. Because the live/work building was designed with the privacy and serenity of its occupants in mind, there are just six units on each floor.
