Library Court

Library Court began life as the Lincoln Savings building in 1955 and went through a dramatic rehabilitation in 2004 when it was converted to condominium units. Its six-story structure offers 90 units comprised largely of one-bedroom and two-bedroom flats, in addition to five townhouse-style units. Units feature 9’ to 15’ ceilings, granite countertops, upgraded wood flooring, stackable washer and dryer, and deeded parking.
