Metro 417

Los Angeles’s Metro 417 is located near the iconic Pershing Square and LA’s Financial District. One of the most unique residences in the city’s downtown, Metro 417 was original a subway terminal building.

Today, the units offer hardwood flooring, classic built-ins and alcoves, custom accent walls, designer kitchens, full-size in-unit washers and dryers, high ceilings, oversized windows that let in plenty of natural light, walk in closets, and an office space.
