Located in the heart of downtown Los Angeles, The Rosslyn Lofts were constructed in 1913 and originally known as the Rosslyn Million Dollar Fireproof Hotel. It was designed by famous LA architect John Parkinson and built by the Hard Brothers.
Since then, the area that’s home to Chinatown has become a must-visit neighborhood for bargain hunters and has drawn dozens of new art galleries. Living at The Roslyn Lofts means that the city’s Art District and the Museum of Contemporary Art are nearby. The micro-loft units that The Rosslyn Lofts offer feature high-quality finishes, window treatments, stainless steel appliances, exposed brickwork, and finished concrete floors. Traditional lofts boast a full kitchen while micro-lofts offer a kitchenette. Air conditioning can be found in select units as can larger closets and washer and dryer hook ups. Affordable living in Los Angeles has never looked so good!
