The Ivy Residences

The IVY Residences are part of a luxury hotel/condominium complex that includes the 26-story condo tower, a shorter 136-room hotel and the historic Ivy Tower built in 1930. There are 16 different floor plans available from 875 to over 3,600 square feet. The building offers sweeping city views, is skyway connected and includes many 5-star amenities including access to the world-class Ivy Spa Club, a fitness center and valet parking. Residents also have access to many of the hotel amenities such as housekeeping and laundry services for an additional fee.
