At The Stahlman, the amenities flow. Residents have access to the building’s light-filled atrium, a 24-hour fitness center, and washers and dryers in every unit. The building also offers bike storage, covered parking, and an elevator. Residents enjoy 24-hour emergency maintenance, controlled access, and the option for online payments. Floorplans offer studio, one, and two-bedroom configurations. Plus, dogs and cats are accepted with just a few restrictions on dog breeds.
One of the best things about The Stahlman, though, is its location. Originally the building was opened in 1907 when it housed the Fourth National Bank (fun fact: the original vault is still in the basement!). It was designed by architects James Edwin Ruthven Carpenter Jr. and Walter D. Blair and has since been listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
