The architect behind 130 William, Sir David Adjaye, was named one of TIME magazine’s 100 most influential people in 2017 thanks to his innovative take on contemporary architecture which shines through the entirety of this luxury high-rise building. Soaring 66 stories into the sky, 130 William is Adjaye’s first New York City high-rise.
Inside the elegant architecture that rejects bulging glass windows, the residences’ interiors are airy and filled with natural light from classic arched windows. Kitchens feature custom Pedini Italian millwork and top-of-the-line Gaggenau appliances alongside cantilevered marble countertops. The primary bathrooms feature similar materials across its walk-in showers, deep soaking tub, and illuminated medicine cabinets. The building also offers penthouse and loggia options that seamlessly integrate the outdoors indoors.
Just like natural light, amenities flow throughout 130 William as well. Residents enjoy access to a private IMAX theater, golf simulator, a full-time doorman, spa, fitness center, yoga studio, and much more.
