Designed by master architect Álvaro Siza, 611 West 56th Street is the first building in the United States. Paired with interiors by Gabellini Sheppard, both the interior and exterior of the building and its 77 residences are meant to showcase the subtle yet refined details that made Siza famous.
Encased in the buildings sharp yet minimal angles, the residences at 611 West 56th Street come in one- to four-bedroom varieties spread across a 35-story tower that also offers duplex “maisonettes”, full-floor homes, and a grand penthouse. Many residences come complete with a private elevator while all of them overlook the Hudson River. Homes are outfitted with natural stones and marble alongside detailed millwork and custom cove lighting.
Amenities in the building include an outdoor garden mezzanine, a top-of-the-line fitness center, a yoga and training studio, steam rooms, a media room complete with a billiards table, a children’s playroom, a discrete catering kitchen, and more.
