The tallest residential tower in the world, Central Park Tower quite literally offers its residents the ability to live above it all. A collaboration between architect Adrian Smith and Gordon Gill Architecture, the building’s façade reflects an ever-changing spectrum of light as the sun moves across the building’s surface throughout the day.
Inside, the residences were designed to offer stratospheric views to rival any other in the city. The living and entertaining spaces are located in the corners of the residences to make the most of sweeping views. Rottet Studio, the firm behind Four Seasons resorts, designed the interiors that make the most of bespoke kitchens and glamorous bathrooms.
Central Park Tower is home to the Central Park Club that’s compromised of nearly 50,000 square feet of curated amenities. Residents enjoy access to a 60-foot outdoor swimming pool, a private park, beverage service at The Terrace Bar, a fitness and wellness program, an indoor pool, spa, and more.
