Block 42 Townhomes & Condos

Downtown Oklahoma City's first LEED certified project, Block 42, is a residential community consisting of 22 townhomes and 20 condos, or flats. The three-story townhomes offer a private garage, balcony and rooftop deck. The condos feature an open kitchen and living room area with 1-2 bedrooms. The surrounding green space was designed by Oslund, one of the top landscape design firms in the country. There are plenty of attractions nearby including the Bricktown, Civic Center, OKC Ford Center and the Oklahoma City Museum of Art.
