The Civic

The Civic is a 2007 LEED Gold building with many luxurious features usually found in buildings at a much higher price point. Most units at the Civic have hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances and floor to ceiling windows. You'll find the MAX Light Rail and Providence Park right next door, as well as many other downtown Portland shops and restaurants.  The Civic is also a good building for condo investors as there is no rental cap.  There aren't many resident amenities at the Civic, but there is a 24/7 front desk attendant.
