The Paramount offers supreme convenience: to shops and restaurants like Ted’s Bulletin, J. Crew, Apple, Williams Sonoma, and Mon Ami Gabi. The Paramount offers supreme living: hardwood flooring, custom kitchens, concierge service, garage parking, studies, and balconies. The Paramount offers supreme amenities: a guest suite for visitors, a club room for private functions, great views of nearby Reston and the distant Blue Ridge Mountains, a fitness center for late-night/early-morning workouts, a 24-hour billiards room, and a community swimming pool. And The Paramount offers supreme connectivity: to the Dulles Toll Road, to Route 7 and the Fairfax County Parkway, to Tysons Corner, to Reston Hospital Center, to the Wolf Trap National Park for the Performing Arts, and to the Washington and Old Dominion Trail. (Something else to keep in mind: The Paramount will also be convenient to a proposed future station for Metro’s Silver Line.)
