Eleven River Townhomes

Absolutely unlike anything else out there and amazing! That’s what I have to say about the townhomes of Eleven River in Rocky River. They are certainly not cheap, but a good friend once told me “cheap or quality? Choose ONE” … and I think these homes are worth every penny.

I can tell you, if you do have the means to be in the upper price point in River there is nothing that even comes close to these townhomes. Soaring ceilings and walls of glass open up into an amazing water views from practically every direction. The floorplans are open and completely customizable and at sizes up to 4,000 square feet, there are very few limitations to create the exact home you want. Oh! Did I mention each home comes with a personal boat dock and an optional helipad!?!?!
