Millennium

Millennium is a 34-story building located on the water in Sunny Isles Beach. Constructed in 1999, the building was remodeled recently so the common areas feel new and refreshed. There are 120 residences in this building, but there are only four per floor and everyone has a private elevator that opens directly into their home. The large, private terraces provide beautiful sunrise and sunset views. Millennium residents can relax in the lava rock sauna, lounge on the two-acre pool terrace or laze in the heated pool just steps from the ocean.
