Welcome to 1010 Lofts 1010 Lofts was originally built in 1923 as a garment factory for the Strutwear Knitting Company, undergoing subsequent expansion from 1923 to 1930. In 1987, the building underwent a remarkable transformation into the operational headquarters for Marquette National Bank. This redevelopment included notable upgrades such as a striking new facade and the addition of a magnificent six-story atrium on the 7th Street side.
