In partnership with The Archdiocese of Detroit, The Cathedral Apartments is a new four-story affordable residence presented with 53 two bedroom units available. We have turned the vacant lot across from The Cathedral of the Most Blessed Sacrament on Woodward into a place that people can call home. Each unit features in-unit laundry, microwaves, as well as controlled heating and cooling just to name a few. There will be 6,000 square feet of community space including a Reflection Room for residents and the community at large. The neighborhood is just outside of Downtown Detroit, prime location for access to dining, entertainment, shopping, education, public transportation and more.
