The Teller House is FLATS newest adaptive reuse in Uptown, Chicago. Originally The Sheridan Trust and Savings Bank Building, the 1920s Chicago landmark was created in the golden age of bank architecture. Using its rounded triangular shape, The Teller House anchors the historic entertainment intersection of Broadway and Lawrence Ave, home of The Riviera, Uptown Theatre, and Aragon Ballroom, Chicago's most prominent theatres. The FLATS design team has transformed the building's top eight floors into modern luxury apartment homes in addition to the expansive three-level WeWork below.
