Lincoln Towers is a family run business. We have been renting apartments in the Capitol Hill neighborhood for over forty years . We own and manage our own buildings, all of which are located in the heart of Capitol Hill. Please feel free to email us with any questions about the upcoming vacancies listed below. All of our buildings are non-smoking, and, with a few exceptions, most apartments are unfurnished (we do have some furnished units that come available, and we can do short term leases on these). Most apartments in the building allow cats only, but the basement apartments allow dogs (no other pets, sorry). No smoking at this location.
