This is Hyde Parks crown jewel. Constructed in 1872 before the Square existed - now two blocks away - it was built by John Henry Weston, the lightening rod man as a single-family home, then converted to flats in 1917. Given its unique craftsman architecture earned this building a place on the National Register of Historic Places. The old-world charm of handmade brass hardware, 12-foot ceilings, and authentic hardwood floors combined with in-home washer/dryers, high-speed internet, cable connectivity, and granite and stainless-steel kitchens. Convenient to everything.
