The criminal report must have the prospective tenant's name and include all Federal, State, and Local convictions. When a prospective tenant submits Portable Screening Reports meeting the requirements of Statutes 38-12-902 and Statutes 38-12-904, all fees associated with the prospective tenant's credit and criminal history screening will be waived.
