A few words from a former tenant: I lived at 1633 N Colonial Terrace for nearly 3 years and absolutely loved it! The two story apartment is extremely spacious, from the beautiful kitchen and its endless storage, to the master bedroom, which had a walk-in closet and double sink bathroom. The apartment was very well lit and we especially loved the big windows in the living room - we got a lot of sunlight! The apartment felt very modern and well maintained, and we had no issues during our time living in the beautiful space. Because of the small number of units in the building, I found the neighbors were quiet and the common areas very well-kept and clean. Even though the apartment comes with one parking space, I would always find parking on the street right in front of the building as well. Best of all - we were a short walk from the Rosslyn Metro and Georgetown, so it was easy to get into the city for work. This top floor condo is nestled at the end of a peaceful street. 10 minute walk to Rosslyn Metro Station, 8 minute walk to Target on Wilson Blvd, 15 minute walk to Georgetown for class, shopping, and dining! The first floor is open concept, with well-maintained hardwood floors, a cozy gas fireplace, and outstanding city views. The upgraded kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a breakfast bar. Both bedrooms upstairs have attached full baths and generous walk-in closets with built-in shelving. A stacked washer and dryer is conveniently located on the upper level for easy laundry days.
