I am looking to rent out my side of the duplex preferably Mid-Late September (6-12 month lease). I've owned this property for a few years and have loved making it a space I enjoy and hopefully you do too! I have a tenant in the other unit. They are really respectful and awesome! So want to make sure this is a good living environment for everyone! They have a very friendly dog. They do use the backyard to let their dog out, so that portion is a shared space. So if you have a dog, must also be dog-friendly :) Really just looking for a considerate renters who are looking for a peaceful home away from home that they'll also treat like theirs.
