The overcomable negatives I see in this home are as follows: 1) The laminate flooring that is throughout most of the home is not perfect, it has a bit of wear and tear, but livable. 2) There are a few imperfections in the wall surfaces. They have been repaired, with new textures applied, but they are noticeable 3) Backyard: Some rocks placed into concrete that could be cut off or removed and probably additional landscape would help. There is a lot to like about this home with new cabinetry in the kitchen and baths. The price per square foot is low compared to many homes. The owner will consider concessions with a strong offer. Tollhouse Village 1 is highly sought after and very desirable. This home is among the largest on the largest lot as well. I just expect the new owner will find many uses for this very functional space such as, private office, kids space, arts and crafts rm., guest accommodations, in care giver accommodations, etc.
