The apartment building consists of 33 residential 0 bedrm/1 bath studio apartments and 3 commercial units. We do not have a parking garage, but we have ample amount of zone two street parking around our building ($95 for a 2 year permit). We are within walking distance to Seattle University, Seattle Central College, WA Park Arboretum & so much more. With great public transportation all around, we're only a light rail or bus ride away from all of Western Washington. To & from our tenants...
