My two bedroom/one bath (2/1) unit, with an attached garage, is coming available for lease starting October 1, 2024 (10/1/24). Per apartment policy, and permission from the front office: I am allowed to help ensure my unit gets leased. I'm ending my lease early for home ownership; otherwise I would be sticking around. :) You must ask specifically for, apply for, and get approved for: Apartment Unit 2702 AVAILABLE 10/01/2024 Please drop me an email or send me a message with your first name, the date you contacted the property about my unit (2702), and who you were able to speak with about interest in my unit. I will respond to this posting to answer general questions as best I can. The primary method of contact will (and should be) the phone number listed below (or the apartment community's website also listed below). The phone number is for the front office, it is not my direct or personal line. I have no pets and I have kept my apartment in great condition; it will be as nice as it was for me, at move in, for the next tenant. This luxury apartment community provides energy efficient, front loading washer and dryer within the unit (along with the usual appliances provided in a rental-- fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, all stainless steel). Everything is one floor so you will never have any one living above you; this is one of my favorite features of this complex. The unit I occupy is across from parking as well as having the attached one car garage (with space for one more car to park in front of the garage). You don't have to pay extra for the garage space, like at other apartment complexes! Floor Plans: Unit 2702 is called the Brazos (B1) Virtual Tour of the 2 bed/1 bath: Wayfare - Cibolo Hills ( ) is North Fort Worth's newest luxury apartment community that offers one and two-bedroom rental homes for those interested in making a change or who aren't ready to purchase a home. Amenities include: upscale single-story garden homes, with EV ready garages, along with resort-style saltwater pool, bamboo studio, cyber cafe, community gathering room, and 24/7 fitness center. Rental Criteria: Thalya and Jordan, in the front office, are very kind and available to assist you in becoming a new member of the Wayfare - Cibolo Hills community. They will have any and all info on specials and/or discounts that may be going on. Pets are welcome based on the complex's rules; it is a very pet friendly community. It's safe and quiet here, and my neighbors are nice! Front Office hours are: Monday - Friday , 8:30am to 5:30pm Saturdays , 10am to 4pm Sundays and National Holidays , CLOSED OF NOTE: I will NOT ever be asking for any type of monetary transaction or for any personal information that would be needed to process an application or lease! Do NOT send me your personal or financial information needed for lease processing. If you see any duplicate ads for my apartment (2702) that require your personal or financial information (outside of direct contact with the Wayfare - Cibolo Hills Front Office): DO NOT TRUST IT. All monetary transactions and application/lease processes will be handled at and through the apartment complex's front office with Thalya (manager), Jordan (leasing agent), or another qualified staff member on property at Wayfare - Cibolo Hills.
