The signature style of ROEM Development has been to design and construct projects that add to the quality of the residing community. To this end the architectural detailing and landscaping is designed to echo the Spanish style elements in the neighborhood. The stucco finish and tile roof complements the context of the neighborhood. The project has Spanish style elements with clean lines. The building is organized to create a formal garden court adjacent to the community room and to preserve a large cedar near the entrance of the project. To create street presence the main lobby has a higher plate height, creating an octagon tower. The units right off of Alum Rock Avenue complement this gesture to the street with similar proportions. The site has several open areas, such as an entry court and garden court. The entry court fronts the main lobby and has teak benches and a fountain. The community room, which is connected directly to the garden court, has a lounge with a fireplace and a computer-learning center. The garden court is also accented with a fountain and seating areas.
