When you enter the home and walk into the living room you are greeted by one of the best water views in the building. The wall-to-wall patio doors from the living room all overlook the secluded lagoon where you can launch paddle boards or kayaks from the community dock. This lagoon is home to manatees and dolphins throughout the year. Beyond that you look across the mangroves out to the intercoastal waterway. You will also be greeted by gorgeous sunrises most of the year. Bay Bliss has been completely updated from the original. The kitchen has new Shaker cabinets and new quartz countertops. All the appliances are less than three years old, including a new full-sized washer and dryer that have replaced the old compact stackable. The original enclosed galley kitchen has been opened to the living room with a breakfast bar. The entire condominium has gorgeous tile floors for easy maintenance. It is bright and airy due to the ceiling skylight. This skylight has a custom shade to darken the room should you need to. Both the primary and hallway bathrooms have been updated with newer vanities, toilets, and tile work. The large front balcony has room for furniture. All the units have seats out front to enjoy the sunsets to the west. The unit has an assigned parking space, a lockable storage room and outside storage for kayaks and bicycles. The lagoon behind the home provides access for kayaks and paddleboards out to the Inter-coastal. The building has elevator access from the center of the ground floor parking area to each floor. There are also stairs at each end of the building, The community is right at the intersection of SR64 and E Bay Dr allowing easy access on and off the island. The present owners and family members use it regularly. However, they do rent it seasonally: 2023-$37, 101, 2024-$26, 817 The building had a new roof and skylights installed 12/2024 and there was no damage to the condominium.
