Relax and overlook the canal and marina, watch all of the boats come and go or simply cross the street to spend the day at the beach soaking in the Florida sun! This is a PET FREE, NON-SMOKING Vacation Rental property per the HOA Rules. (6 Night stays are required by the HOA) A 10 Day pre-approval period is required prior to your arrival.
