It is located at 4204 Browns Lane, in Louisville Kentucky, on the first floor of the building in a very quiet neighborhood- and, within a very quiet community that borders the St. Matthews and Jeffersontown neighborhoods (within walking distance of St. Regis Park (and other attractive areas of recreation), shopping, restaurants, and grocery stores). The listing (base) rental price is $1450.00 per month, which includes the $75 per month CAM (common area maintenance) fee. CAM includes (but is not limited to) water and sewers, trash removal, security, general property maintenance, common area cleaning (maintained monthly), and exterior and interior public and security lighting. The listed monthly CAM fee does not include gas and electric, cable or internet or other interior, personal elective utilities. The base rental price is $1450. However, we offer a graded or sliding scale rental rate, depending on the term that you select. A one year lease is $1, 450. An 18 month lease is $1, 350! And, a 24 month lease is $1, 250.
