DXU is a STUDENT ONLY building conveniently located in U-District just two blocks from the light rail station. Our modern luxury studio includes a full-size bathroom, in-unit laundry, and a kitchenette. We have available furnished and unfurnished units. Double occupancy is welcome at no extra cost. Units have a fixed lease from September 16th, 2025 to August 31st, 2026. The security deposit is $600. 1st and last month's rent due at lease signing. Utilities and internet not included Earlier move-in is available for select units. Please reach out to us to see more details and schedule tours. We also have MFTE units available for the upcoming school year. Full-time students MUST be receiving need based financial aid from FAFSA or WAFSA to qualify for MFTE units. If you are a graduate or international student you must still receive need based financial aid. Please call us directly to see if you qualify before scheduling a tour.
