This quote sheet serves as a confirmation of your payment for your application fee and holding deposit, and allows us to proceed with processing your application. Applicant acknowledges that the Holding Deposit is fully refundable within 72 hours from the time of submitting the payment. If the Applicant changes his/her mind after 72 hours, the Applicant understands that the Holding Deposit is forfeited to cover the Landlord's losses, expenses, etc. If the Applicant is not accepted for tenancy, the Holding Deposit will be returned. If the Applicant is approved for tenancy, the Holding Deposit will be applied to the standard deposit at move-in. Additional information and charges may apply: Security Deposits are equal to one month's rent and due at move in. If you have a household pet, we do require a pet profile to be completed and there may be pet rent that can range from $25-$35 per month / per pet. In select communities, we have covered parking charges, and/or offer uncovered parking, that can range from $20-$30 per month. Additional information regarding utilities and renter's insurance will be provided closer to the move in date.
