Upon entering the home from the rear French doors using the keyless entry door code given upon arrival, you will see a large, open concept, fully stocked kitchen, dining area with ample seating and living area. With high ceilings, a comfy living space meant for gathering with a large 67 inch TV, game system for the kiddos, a downstairs back porch with rocking chairs, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances and all of the cookware you need to prepare the largest of meals, you\'ll feel right at home. There is a dining table that seats 12 people while the kitchen features a bar with plenty of seating overlooking the open floor plan. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, standard coffee machine, ample glassware, and a rice cooker mixer. Drawers and cabinets are all labeled with items and designated places. The main level front room features a cozy sitting room which includes a futon. This room is elegantly decorated and beckons you to enjoy a drink while basking in the natural light the many windows extend.
