The communal space features a spacious lawn adorned with mature trees, a community garden (where each member has their own plot), a cozy fire pit, and a secure gated parking area. Additionally, the building offers shared, coin-operated laundry facilities for added convenience. Located near the scenic Wissahickon, Mt. Airy, and East Falls neighborhoods, as well as Germantown Avenue and the Schuylkill River, this location is a serene artist retreat with easy access to both nature and the city.
