The Guthrie-Coke Building, originally built in 1885 in the Renaissance Revival style, is a four-story brick building at the northwest corner of Fourth and Chestnut Streets. Featuring downtown apartments that emphasize the historic elements of the building as well as locally-owned businesses and a non-profit organization's regional headquarters, this building as been restored to its former glory. Lofts boast original hardwood flooring or brand-new carpet and vinyl. Kitchens and bathrooms have been completely updated and original elements remain throughout the building.
