The bathroom is equipped with a Jacuzzi tub. The shared pool and hot tub are directly across the street from the unit. There are several charcoal grills throughout the property, and free parking is provided immediately next to the building. Inside the condo, you'll find a smart TV in both the living room and the bedroom, both logged in to a complimentary Netflix account. Beach gear, beach towels, and portable Bluetooth speaker also provided! There are also some family-friendly board games and playing cards for when you need a break from the beach. The condo is an end unit on the top (second) floor. It is NOT beachfront, but you do get a glimpse of the Gulf from the balcony. See photos for the location of the nearest beach access. Please note, there is no elevator in the complex. Complimentary toiletries, laundry detergent, and paper products will be provided to get you through your first few days. There is NO SMOKING OR VAPING anywhere on Caribbean Dunes property, including inside the unit, on the balcony, or on the breezeway. You will have access to beach towels, four backpack-style beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a backpack cooler, Bocci ball, and a portable Bluetooth speaker. Please note, for stays under six months, I am required to charge a total of 13% in taxes (6% state sales tax, 6% county tourist development tax, and 1% county sales surtax).
