This statuesque building was erected in the 1920s by MGM owner James Clark. It housed Warner Brothers in a penthouse suite that included a viewing room and eventually came to be known as an enclave for many classic retailers, many of whom are still thriving on the lower floors of the building! Today, residents come in and out of the ornately decorated corridors, watch baseball games over at PNC Park from the rooftop deck (yes, the view is that good), or simply soak in all the joie de vivre the city offers right outside their door. Amenities include a fully-equipped fitness center, controlled building access, washer/dryer in every apartment, secured bike room, and a rooftop deck. Centrally located to UPMC, BNY Mellon, Allegheny County Courthouse, H.J. Heinz, and other major employers. Close to many dining establishments, Market Square, Mellon Square Park, Point State Park, Oakland, and the Strip District! Life is classically good at The Clark Building!
