The Bush Temple is located on River North and Gold Coast border. The community is comprised of two residences, a historic French Chateauesque building on Chicago Avenue and a newly constructed 15-story tower on Clark Street. Together, they provide an authentic, amenity-rich environment to call home with two roof lounges, a fitness center, a rooftop pool, and a grand lobby. The Bush Temple is a Chicago Landmark and pulls its name from the former headquarters of the Bush Gerts piano company and Bush Temple school of Music Conservatory, which constructed this French Renaissance building designed by architect J.E.O Pridmore in 1901. The Bush Temple includes a restored Bush Gerts piano on display in the communal lobby.
