The Bush Temple is located on River North and Gold Coast border. The community is comprised of two residences, a historic French Chateauesque building on Chicago Avenue and a newly constructed 15-story tower on Clark Street. Together, they provide an authentic, amenity-rich environment to call home with two roof lounges, a fitness center, a rooftop pool, and a grand lobby. The Bush Temple is a Chicago Landmark and pulls its name from the former headquarters of the Bush & Gerts piano company and Bush Temple school of Music Conservatory, which constructed this French Renaissance building designed by architect J.E.O Pridmore in 1901. The Bush Temple includes a restored Bush & Gerts piano on display in the communal lobby.
